Refund Policy — China Long-Stay

The short version: If the Starter Kit doesn't make your planning clearer, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings. (One exception: we may decline refunds from accounts with a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund abuse.)

30-day refund promise

The Starter Kit is sold with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout (an order number helps but isn't required). We process refunds within 3 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

You don't need to return anything or explain why — though if you tell us what fell short, we genuinely use that to improve the next edition.

What this doesn't cover

The free Cheat Sheet — it's free, so there's nothing to refund.
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase, except where required by law.

Who processes the payment and refund

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. The charge may appear on your statement as "Lemon Squeezy" or similar. Applicable taxes are calculated and remitted by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country, including New Zealand Consumer Guarantees and, for UK and EU customers, UK/EU consumer protection law.
